Donato Pompei is a young salon but our experienced staff have the necessary knowledge in all hair matters.

Donato Pompei lCGI SSRH, leads his team with over 11 years experience. Trained by Alfredo Pompei, Micheal Constantinou, Simon Shaw, Chris Foster, MATRIX and L'Oreal/REDKEN London. Donato has massive experience in men's fashion and specialises in cutthroat-shaving, advanced shaping and staff training. His extensive experience in London gave him invaluable colouring expertise. Donato's ever-growing clientele constantly seek his accurate  advice and his perfectionistic professionalism. Donato is a Salon Assessor with a licentiateship & a HC Master Diploma. Donato now professionally and legally trains his own apprentices under C&G guidelines, his experience since attaining NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service and Hairdressing is paramount in high quality training.

Cathy O'Brien SSRH, a senior stylist with a huge loyal clientele. Cathy has been a hairdresser for 18+ years and her experience with ladies' hair is renowned in the area. Focusing on client satisfaction, Cathy is a hard worker and a natural leader; even having her first child has not slowed her down. A senior state registered hairdresser and qualified in Level 4 Business Management & Level 3 Hairdressing , Cathy is a strong and stable member of Pompei Ltd.

Jodi Harris, a senior stylist with over 12 years of hairdressing experience. Jodi has a huge following of clientele. She has been employed by Pompei Ltd since it's conception in 2002. Her no-nonsense approach to hairdressing means she is also one of the fastest hairdressers within Pompei Ltd. Trained by Simon Shaw she has extensive knowledge in men's hairdressing.

Emma Stebbings, a stylist with 5 years of hairdressing experience. Emma was Donato's first apprentice, she achieved her NVQ Hairdressing Level 2 in  a mere 64 weeks which is the current record within the salon's history. Though she is the least experienced stylist, Emma has managed to catch up with her fellow stylists and perform at an equally high level. Emma is currently on a NVQ Hairdressing Level 3 program.

Zoe Williams, a junior stylist trained primarily under Donato Pompei since her employment in 2007. Zoe has a very caring, perfectionistic approach to hairdressing and her clientele. She already has a growing clientele that admire her quiet charm and joy of haidressing.

Rebecca Gallagher, a junior stylist who follows after one of her teacher's strengths, Barbering. Rebecca was trained since starting hairdressing in 2005 purely by Donato Pompei. She is a bubbly and fun member of the staff who clearly enjoys her work and where she is.
